Apps Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the mobile apps published by Braumah Media, LLC ("we," "our"), including Westside SuperSport and our other music apps ("the apps"). Our apps are designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains what the apps do and do not do with data. It covers the apps only; our websites and online store have their own separate policies.
Information we do not collect
Our apps do not collect personal information. They do not use advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking of any kind. They do not access your location, contacts, photos, or microphone, and they do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
Purchase verification and content downloads
Some of our apps include a large sound or content library that downloads from our servers the first time you open the app. To confirm that the download is authorized by your App Store purchase, the app sends your App Store purchase receipt to a Braumah Media server one time, over an encrypted connection. The receipt is checked in real time to verify the purchase and provide your download link. It is not stored, it is not used to identify or track you, and it is not shared with third parties.
Data storage
Any downloaded library is stored on your device only. Your musical work and settings stay on your device.
Children
Our apps are generally rated 4+ and do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will reflect any changes.
